Regarding the entrance procedures.

To the foreign students who passed the exam, please go through the entrance procedures. You have to prepare for the papers, so that there may not be anything wrong with your papers, as you have the important papers to fill in and sign up.
If you fail to fill in the papers currectly and to prepare for the important documents, you may not enter the school and can not study in Japan. Please keep in mind.

Until you go through the procedures.

When the Certificate of eligibility is issued by Immigration Beurau. we will send the color copy "certificate of eligibility" and "regarding entrance of school and procedures for dormitary" immedeately, so plese go through the entrance procedures. If you can't go through the entrance procedures by the deadline, we may regard your delay as yoyr declining.
